Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time We ship all orders from our US warehouse. Estimated delivery time is 6–13 business days within the United States.

Shipping Cost We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.

Delays While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. FurBuddy is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has been dispatched.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us at fur-buddy@hotmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate the issue.

Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. FurBuddy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
