Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For damaged or defective items, we do not require you to return the product — we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exceptions — non-returnable items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to get a different item is to return your current one and once accepted, place a new order separately.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at fur-buddy@hotmail.com.
Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover all costs.
Important note FurBuddy works with international fulfillment partners to deliver your orders. As a result, return shipments may need to be sent to a fulfillment address provided at the time of your return request. We will always provide clear instructions when your return is approved.
